Given the high salt content in its mine water, Jingyu Environment adopts a process combo of three-stage high-density, pretreatment, UF, RO, NF salt separation, and evaporation crystallization to achieve zero wastewater discharge and resource utilization of sodium oxide and sulfate. This project is vital for preventing water loss and pollution, relieving water shortages, enhancing the ecological environment, and fulfilling water demands for production and daily life.

In the process of achieving zero wastewater discharge, a 100% resource utilization rate of the entire plant's water system has been realized. This project has emerged as a novel "green and low-carbon" hallmark for the project owner and has established a new standard for environmental protection management in metallurgical enterprises.

It can receive domestic, saline, oily, high-concentration, and alkaline residue sewage, etc. Achieving "separate collection, one-pipe-per-enterprise, above-ground piping, differential treatment and reuse", it eases the operation pressure of Jieyuan's existing sewage device, boosts the infrastructure service level of Dongming Petrochemical Park, resolves sewage discharge issues, and safeguards the park's water ecological health.
